Good
Beds are comfortable. However, the partial seaside view room we stayed at was very small.
The pictures make it seem like you are right on the ocean. The hotel is located behind an empty field so the “ocean views” are not as picturesque as you might think. We ended up extending our stay in the Phuket area by a day and our previous hotel didn’t have our room available. We decided to stay at this one instead and regret moving out of the area we were in before. While it’s technically only 4 miles away from the main tourist area in Rawaii, it is also not within walking distance to many of the conveniences such as food stores and restaurants. We asked to rent scooters and they were not able to accommodate our request and sent us to other shops in the area. Our previous resort either had them available or would coordinate the delivery of one. Breakfast was not included with our reservation.

Nice hotel but wrong location and wouldn’t stay again
Amazing room with friendly staff
The hotel is located in an isolated area and the beach that’s on the hotel is not in use but the hotel do bring you to a swimming beach from 10am - 2.30 which does make up for the lack of beach on the property . Luckily we had a swimming pool in our room as the hotels pool has no sun loungers which is strange ,also our bathroom was not clean the shower doors had grime and dirt on them and the patio doors in our room had hand prints all over them at the cost per night they are charging this should have had a higher standard of cleanliness .
